was established in 2015 as a company that specializes in IT services, and provides management services for vacation rentals, covering hotels, private lodges, short stay apartments, and so on. We have developed our own management system as a basis of our service to offer leading solutions to property owners, assisting them in asset management. With our head office in Tokyo, customer center in Fukuoka, systems development division in Shanghai, and branch office in Bangkok, we are extending our reach out beyond Japan to the rest of the world, including China and Southeast Asia.

PIPI, Inc. and K. K. Clearth Life Enter Capital and Business Alliance
PIPI and Clearth Life entered a capital and business alliance on September 30th, 2019 and raised funds through third-party allotment. This alliance will open doors for Clearth Life to a diverse supply model of investment properties by combining their apartment development know-how with renting using PIPI’s management system for private lodges and small hotels. Moreover, mutual referral of clients will also be possible—by PIPI to short stay apartments consigned by Clearth Life, and vice versa to vacation rentals consigned by PIPI.

Minister Ishii Inspects Properties Managed by PIPI, Including Simple Lodges and Those in Special Zones
The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, responsible for handling private lodging businesses, is visiting private lodges after notifying them in advance to investigate the current situation after the passing of the Private Lodging Business Act. Minister Keiichi Ishii has visited properties (detached/three-story houses) being managed by PIPI (Head office: Minato, Tokyo/CEO: Chen Han) in Tokyo and took note of opinions on management systems and other topics.
